{"id":607,"date":"2016-11-19T23:14:00","date_gmt":"2016-11-19T21:14:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agib.bg\/?p=607"},"modified":"2022-09-14T16:38:08","modified_gmt":"2022-09-14T13:38:08","slug":"online-gambling-markets-expand-in-spain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agib.bg\/en\/online-gambling-markets-expand-in-spain\/","title":{"rendered":"Online gambling markets expand in Spain"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The official Spanish regulator announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spain.- The Spanish regulator Direcci\u00f3n General de Ordenaci\u00f3n del Juego announced that the country\u2019s online gambling market went through a significant growth from June to September of this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The online gambling revenue totaled US$112 million during the third quarter, an increase of 22 percent compared to the same period in 2015. Online casino operations reported a 56 percent increase in revenue to US$31.4 million, and slot games gained US$15.2 million whilst roulette operations went up to US$11.7 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revenue also went up from the second quarter, when the regulator reported a gross gambling revenue growth of 56 percent year-on-year compared to the US$120 million from 2015.
